How to Print Your W-2
In some browser versions your W-2 will print correctly with all the needed
formatting; other browser versions may require a few more steps. If you find
your W-2 is not printing properly, please follow the directions below.
Select the W-2 that you would like to print- this will populate a preview of the W-2:
1. In Firefox, you will select the Download button
2. A pop up will appear allowing you to Open the file

1. In Chrome, you will click the Save icon which will open a pop up
2. Save a copy of the W-2 to your computer, then open the file

Once you are viewing the PDF:
3. Select Edit -> Preferences; This will open a pop up window

4. Select Documents from the list of Categories, UNCHECK “Allow layer state to
be set by user information” and hit OK.

Your W2 is now ready to print.
