How to appreciate yourself and others?
Knowing yourself and others, understanding how group dynamics work and
handling conflicts are keys for a successful leader. The programme is based on the
Personality Dimensions®, which is a human relations tool based on leading-edge
research in human motivation and behavior, and adopts a learning mode that is
interactive and interesting with plenty of group exercises. In this programme,
participants will acquire knowledge on different personality traits and
characteristics as well as develop knowledge and skills on how to motivate team
members, resolve team conflicts and optimize team performance effectively.

Cantonese (with Chinese and English handouts).
A certificate will be awarded to participants who are able to fulfill all the course requirements

Upon completion of the programme, participants should be able to:

Develop team synergy through diversity identification, recognition and appreciation

Select and apply appropriate communication skills and conflict resolution models to
resolve team conflicts and enhance mutual support within the group

Timely apply their knowledge and skillful response in different stages of the team
development model within their team

Plan and run team activities and projects incorporating team dynamics knowledge and
skills

1. This is a Token-required programme. Please visit the HKAGE website for details.
2. Students should complete and submit the Online Application Form on the HKAGE
website on or before 8 April 2013. Late application will not be considered.
3. If students have to withdraw the application, they are required to process online on or
before 8 April 2013. Otherwise, the token will not be returned.
4. Applicants should visit the HKAGE website to check the application result starting from
12 April 2013. Successful applicants should complete the “Confirmation Slip” attached
to the result announcement notification and fax/mail/email it to the HKAGE on or before
18 April 2013.
5. Applicants on the waiting list will be notified via email or phone after 22 April 2013.
Otherwise, no further notice will be given.
