Leadership Programme: LEAS1311 ® Personality Dimensions @Team Dynamics Service provider ﹕ Do you know your personality? Do you have communication difficulty with other people? How do you influence others positively? As a team leader, how do you resolve team conflicts? How to appreciate yourself and others? Knowing yourself and others, understanding how group dynamics work and handling conflicts are keys for a successful leader. The programme is based on the Personality Dimensions®, which is a human relations tool based on leading-edge research in human motivation and behavior, and adopts a learning mode that is interactive and interesting with plenty of group exercises. In this programme, participants will acquire knowledge on different personality traits and characteristics as well as develop knowledge and skills on how to motivate team members, resolve team conflicts and optimize team performance effectively.
