Using iCentra Reach in HELP2

HELP2 users may need to access patient data that was entered in the iCentra system before they have
access to the iCentra system. To provide easy access to patient data that is in the iCentra system,
HELP2’s development team created a “bridge” to retrieve the patient data and a module called iCentra
Reach to view the data.
The iCentra Reach HELP2 module provides View Only access to iCentra patient data from within HELP2.
The iCentra Reach module is very similar to the summary views you will see in the iCentra system.
Accessing iCentra Patient Data from HELP2
1. Open HELP2 and select the patient.
2. Click iCentra Reach on the navigation panel on the left side of the HELP2 window. The iCentra
Reach view opens with a patient summary view.

Customizing the iCentra Reach view
Rearranging the section boxes
1. Click the Menu icon that is on the top side on the white row that is under the blue module title
bar.

2. Click Drag & Drop.
3. Use your mouse to drag and drop the boxes to new locations on the view.
Changing the section colors
1. Click the Menu icon on the section box that you want to modify.
2. Click the color you want to use. The section automatically changes color.

Expanding and Contracting Sections
Section boxes on the iCentra Reach view can be expanded and contracted according to your needs.
1. To contract a section, click the up arrow on the top right corner of the section.
2. To expand the section, click the down arrow.
3. If you always want a section to be expanded when you open the view, make sure that Default
Expanded is checked on the section’s menu. If you want the section to always be collapsed
when you open the window, click Default Expanded to change the default view to “collapsed.”
The check mark does not appear when the default is collapsed.

Displaying More Detail
Each section of the iCentra Reach view provides easy access to more detailed information. There are
two ways to display more information.
1. Place your mouse pointer over text in a section to display more information. A text box with a
light yellow background appears.
Move your mouse pointer away from the text to close the box.
2. Click blue text to open a dialog box with more detailed information. Click the Close button to
close a dialog box.
