Laura’s Flax Crackers Ingredients: 2 c golden flax seeds 2 c filtered water 2 ts seasoning salt Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let sit at room temperature for 4-6 hrs. The mixture will become a gooey mess. Spray 2 baking sheets with Spectrum cooking oil spray. With a spatula spread ½ the flax “batter” onto one baking sheet, and the other half onto the 2nd baking sheet. Spread evenly and into corners. Bake both baking sheets on 150 degrees for 5 hrs. If your oven does not set at 150 degrees (which would constitute the cracker as a raw food) then you can set your oven at 250 degrees and cook for 2 ½ hrs.
