INJECTION PORTS
HIGH PRESSURE MECHANICAL PORTS
1/2” Mechanical Packers — Item #500
1/2” expanding port, orange in color, For high pressure.
100 / box.
APPLICATION: Injection of chemical grouts and epoxy
resins in sound or deteriorating concrete. Packer neck
requires 3/8” or 10mm socket wrench, zerk fitting requires
9/32” zerk driver (Item #ZD516).
5/8” Mechanical Packers — Item #625
5/8” expanding port, yellowgreen in color, For high
pressure. 100 / box.
APPLICATION: Injection of chemical grouts and epoxy
resins in sound or deteriorating concrete. For deep drilling.
Packer neck requires 3/8” or 10mm socket wrench, zerk
fitting requires 9/32” zerk driver (Item #ZD516).
3/8” Bang-In Ports — Item #640
3/8” tapered port, threaded zerk fitting, for high pressure.
100 / bag.
APPLICATION: Injection of chemical grout and epoxy
resins in new or sound concrete. Zerk fitting requires 5/16”
zerk driver (Item #ZD932).
One Touch Packer — Item #OTP-10MM
Unique, patented construction eliminates costly
extraneous metal pieces, replacing time-consuming zerk
fittings with an interior check valve that opens only while
chemical grout / epoxy is being injected.

Y-shaped base, Low pressure only. Will accept cartridge
systems and other pressure injection equipment. 100 / bag.
APPLICATION: Epoxy Injection. (Requires #662.)
Plastic Corner Mount Ports — Item #655
Low pressure only. Will accept cartridge systems and other
pressure injection equipment. 50 / bag.

For 1/2” holes. Low pressure only. Will accept cartridge
systems and other pressure injection equipment. 100 / bag.

1/4” Caps for Plastic Ports — Item #662

APPLICATION:
Required for use with #653, 655, 660. Used to close port
after injection.
ZERK DRIVERS
5/16 Zerk Driver — Item #ZD516
5/16 Zerk driver is used to install Zerk fittings into ports.
Used with Bang-In Ports (Item #640).
9/32 Zerk Driver — Item #ZD932
9/32 Zerk driver is used to install Zerk fittings into packers.
Used with 1/2” and 5/8” Mechnical Packers (Items #500 and #625).
