On 07/06/2014 units were dispatched to the area of the 1200 block of 5th Ave regarding a
fight that was occurring. When I arrived, I observed 2 males in an altercation. I
identified myself and one of the males, later identified as Gavino Galvan refused to obey
my order to remain still. The other male later identified as Jacob Left-Hand proceeded
to go inside the residence of 1240 5th Ave. After an investigation was conducted both
Gavino and Jacob were arrested for Disorderly Conduct, additionally Gavino was charged
with hindering a peace officer.

Ramirez was walking down the alley between 2nd and 3rd Avenue in the 1900 block. I knew
that Ramirez lived at 1811 1/2 2nd Avenue from previous experiences and contacted him

On 07/08/14 at 11:54 p.m. I was called to 1321 4th Ave. for a report of a loud party.
Upon arrival I smelled the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the residence. Several
suspects in the home were observed smoking marijuana in the residence. Officers attempted
to contact the suspects. Later, a search warrant was issued for the house Zane Altamarino
and Amaris Renteria were charged with possession of marijuana, more than 1 Oz. and Drug
paraphernalia. Isiah Robles, Jarron Rasnic, Riley Deboer were charged with Possession of
marijuana less than 1 Oz. and Derek Smith arrested for Resisting arrest, Obstruction of
Police and Possession of Marijuana.

On 7/12/2014 I responded to a a report of a vehicle off the road at South Beltline
Highway West near Riverside Zoo. I found the vehicle in a ditch to the south of South
Beltline Highway. I observed a male walking away from the vehicle. I contacted the male
who identified himself as Humberto Palomo. Humberto was arrested on an active Scottsbluff
