The objectives of this assignment are:
1. For students to share and post information on things that
they already know about the Roman Empire.
2. For students to learn from one another by participating in
discussions of what they learned from their peers.
3. To gain an overall better understanding of how to create a
website while learning about history.
Students will need to understand the results of the roman
triumvirate and how it affected history throughout the time of the
Romans.
All students will need the following:
1. History book
2. Personal computer or Mac
3. Access to the internet
1. Have in class tutorial on how to use WIKI site and
Sauropol
2. Then students will have in class lab time to prepare for
their discussions by outlining information in books and
researching on the web.
3. Students will then answer study questions on the websites
they have created to discuss their learned knowledge with
their peers.
All students will be tested and evaluated on what they learned via
online discussion with me at set time periods over throughout the
week.
