Hollow-Core Flooring
Hollow-core slabs used for flooring
serve as a tremendous architectural
support via reducing the amount of dead
weight while maintaining structural
integrity. This highly cost effective
solution is tailored towards providing the
utmost ease and simplicity on-site.
Whether it be a steel or concrete frame,
hollow-core slabs will seamlessly fit in to
the build, able to be installed quickly and
easily, reducing build time and site costs
considerably.
Beams & Columns
The use of hollow-core slabs also
eliminates the requirement for on-site
concrete pouring, as well as providing an
immediate surface upon which work can
be performed - an invaluable addition to
any construction site. With a high fire

Hollow-Core Flooring will transform

Al-Burhan Group's Precast Beams and
Columns allow for flexibility and
creativity when planning for the structural
stages of construction. Such columns and
beams can be used for a multitude of
applications, including strengthening
existing walls and panels or establishing a
load-bearing frame.
Beams and columns made from
concrete are extremely durable, lasting
far longer than those made from

alternative building materials. The beams
and columns are produced indoors,
allowing for a higher quality end result
and avoiding hassle-inducing on-site
pouring/moulding.
ABG's beams and columns sync perfectly
with our wall panels and other concrete
products, enabling for a seamless,
speedy build, while also providing a
clean, polished look to the work.
Al-Burhan Group's Kut Factory is also
able to produce high-quality concrete
wall panels, produced to the design and
requirements of the client. These wall
panels can be used as main structural
load bearing components or as panels to
fill in framing structures. Our wall panels
boast a range of advantages to your
construction site. Offering an increase
flexibility in terms of placement,
production and strength, the panels are
exceptionally durable; weather, sound
