What's in Your Tailpipe?
We’ll kick things off October 2 with Prohibition, a look at America’s
“Noble Experiment” from filmmakers Ken Burns and Lynn Novick.
Their story includes the tale of Seattle’s “Good Bootlegger,” former
police lieutenant turned rumrunner Roy Olmstead. On Friday nights
beginning October 14, the PBS Arts Fall Festival is your front-row seat
to dance, theater, opera and music from cities around the country.
The festival comes to Seattle October 21 with the television debut
of director Cameron Crowe’s new documentary, Pearl Jam Twenty—
along with our own look at Seattle’s present-day music scene,
Something in the Water.

chicken apricot bake
In a large bowl, combine stuffing, apricots, pecans,

Spread evenly in a greased 11 x 7-inch glass baking
dish. Place chicken breasts on top and spread the
apricot preserves over each breast. Sprinkle a little
garlic salt on top.

W cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
W teaspoon salt
V teaspoon ground pepper
C/d cup hot water
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
