It is not allowed to sail the boat on high speed. A maximum of 6 kilometers per
hour is allowed. This is also the case for the waterway from the slipway towards
the main harbour.
General Rules:
 Age from 12 to 16 years;
It is allowed to sail a ship, but the maximum cruising speed cannot be higher than
13 kilometers per hour. In addition one must take into account the on-site
applicable cruising speed limit (6 kilometers per hour).
 Age from 16 to 18 years;
It is allowed to sail a ship, but the maximum cruising speed cannot be higher than
20 kilometers per hour. In addition one must take into account the on-site
applicable cruising speed limit (6 kilometers per hour).
 Age from 18 years and older;
It is allowed to sail fast with a ship, if the conditions of chapter 8 of the inland
waterway shipping police rules are being followed and it is done at the designated
areas.
