DELIVERY DRIVER /
BRAND AMBASSADOR

Niagara Oast House Brewers, Niagara-on-the-Lake is searching for an individual with a strong work ethic
and ability to ensure safe, courteous and efficient beer deliveries to our customers across Southern
Ontario. Reporting to the Sales Coordinator, this person will always work to put customers first at every
opportunity and apply exemplary customer relation skills. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to
contribute as Brand Ambassador on the road for one of Ontario’s fastest growing microbreweries.
Duties include but are not limited to:
•
Safely drive delivery vehicle to various accounts across Southern Ontario
•
Develop & follow efficient route schedules to ensure a time effective delivery day
•
Accurately record invoices, payments and other information on the daily truck route
•
Maintain accurate record of route
•
Follow keg return procedures by collecting and accurately recording the return of empty company kegs
•
Safely load + unload cases and kegs of beer on and off of delivery vehicle
•
Obtain required signatures upon delivery
•
Provide an end-of-day route summary to Sales Coordinator
•
Develop and maintain proficient working knowledge of draught systems for repair & maintenance
•
Conduct draft line cleanings on a monthly basis for Oast House customers
•
Abide by Oast House Brewers’ strict safety procedures
•
General maintenance of delivery vehicles (cleaning, timely oil changes, tire rotation, switching winter /
summer tires, brake checks, windshields, etc.)
•
Other duties that may be required (i.e. assisting with the set-up and tear-down of offsite Oast House events)
