towards parking meters at the beach - which we totally OPPOSE, by these
greedy developers pushing the envelope. PS: their building was not OK for
FIRE PERMITS - basic! Council has, via draft plan 'comments' already
decided not to have "mixed" use - as in Commercial / Residential mix in this
area. It has been debated and clarified that reference to "mix" referred to mix of
residential pertnenant / holiday, not mix of residential / commercial.
