Dear Sorors, Zeta Amicae, and Youth Auxiliary Members,
As part of Zeta’s 2016 National March for Babies (M4B) Campaign – Fighting for Babies – we have partnered
with The Exclusive Touch, LLC to offer our official national team shirts that will show each Zeta-affiliated
group’s pride and unified support of stronger, healthier babies at M4B events across the country. Please review
the following instructions, use the attached order form, and place your team’s orders by the stated deadlines to
ensure you have your shirts in time for your walk.

Orders may be placed via the following methods:

o Paypal: Please fax or email your order using the information listed. Indicate PAYPAL as your
payment choice so a PayPal invoice can be generated and emailed to you
o *Online: Orders may be placed by visiting www.zpbmod.com using a major credit card or PAYPAL
as your payment method (*Individual orders may be placed via the website ONLY)
Payments will be accepted via chapter check, cashier’s check/money order, credit card (Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, or American Express), or PayPal. All chapter checks must clear before orders will be
processed. NO personal checks will be accepted under any circumstances. Please make all chapter checks,
cashier’s check and money orders payable to: THE EXCLUSIVE TOUCH.
The group order contact person will be notified of receipt of their order within 2 business days. Email
confirmations will be sent with order and payment verification.
Orders received by the following dates will be produced and shipped out as follows:
o Until February 12th: Shipped on/before February 20th
o Until March 11th: Shipped on/before March 19th
o Until April 8th: Shipped on/before April 16th
o FINAL ORDERS Until April 30th: Shipped on/before May 7th
All orders will be shipped to the address on the original order form unless otherwise notified in writing. All
packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery for a flat rate fee of $9.95 per
order.
All t-shirts are 6.1 oz 100% pre-shrunk cotton and are available in short sleeve and long sleeve styles. All
crewneck sweatshirts are 7.8 oz pre-shrunk cotton and all hooded sweatshirts are 9.5 oz pre-shrunk
cotton. Please refer to the order form for sizes available. Shirt sizes are unisex, so please base sizes from
a standard men’s shirt.
o Zeta Team Shirts: Royal Blue (Adult Sizes Only)
o Amicae Team Shirts: Light Blue (Adult Sizes Only)
o Youth Team Shirts: White (Youth and Adult Sizes Available)
A portion of the price from each shirt sold will be credited back to Zeta for our national fundraising
efforts.
