This is how we look upon change - run fast, take lead and stay there long. This program will help particpants accelerate change in their organizations. The aim is to prepare the participants, their organizations and the society for the extra-ordinary changes that we will face in the near future. PROGRAM OUTLINE The program runs from October to May with four modules (two days each) and one international business trip to Silicon Valley (U.S.) to visit companies and Singularity University. The program will focus on relevant business and innovation related topics presented by top executives, thought leaders and other experts within each specific module theme. The final participants are selected after a nomination process to secure a group with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Organizations can nominate employees and individuals apply themselves, if they have a pre-approval from their employer/manager. CONTACT PROGRAM DURATION The program runs from October 2017 to May 2018. The modules are held in Stockholm and will be two days each, with overnight stays. Detailed time schedule and information about the business trip will be presented upon application. PROGRAM INVESTMENT The investment for the program is SEK 135 000 per participant. VAT, optional activities, travel expenses, accommodation and meals are not included.
