REGION OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
(Adopted on 27 October 2005)
The Eighteenth meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth
National People's Congress decides: the national law being the "Law of
the People's Republic of China on Judicial Immunity from Compulsory
Measures Concerning the Property of Foreign Central Banks" is added to
the list of laws in Annex III to the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
