How do I earn points?
You can earn points by completing any of the activities listed on the Earn BlueRewards page within your Member Account at floridablue.com.
How do I get started?
From the Earn BlueRewards page within your Member Account at floridablue.com, scroll down to the activities list and
pick which activity you want to accomplish first.
How do I redeem my reward?
Once a minimum of 100 points are earned, you can select the Redeem Now button at the top of the MyBlueRewards
page and choose a wide selection of merchandise in the All-star redemption portal. You have the opportunity to earn
up to 700 points that can be used to purchase merchandise. Participants who earn 100 points for utilizing their gym 100
times during the year, will receive $150 gym membership reimbursement from FCSRMC in 2018.
How do I track my points?
As you complete activities, you can track your progress on the Earn BlueRewards page. You’ll see the points you’ve
earned and your redemption status. Activities completed through WebMD tools will be reported immediately. Please
allow 4 weeks for reporting of Florida Blue activities and up to 6 weeks for Group-reported activities.

When does the program start and end?
The program starts February 1, 2017, and runs through December 31, 2017. You will have until January 31, 2018, to
redeem your points for merchandise.
Who can participate in Blue Rewards?
If you are the employee, over age 18 and covered by Florida Blue medical through your employer, or a covered
spouse, we encourage you to participate.
