Tournament Fee Includes:
The $125 per player’s fee includes course, cart, breakfast, lunch, one drink ticket
sponsored by Carson Cars, food and drink along the course provided by our hole sponsors,
special contests on the course including - longest drive, closest to the pin, two holes on the
green – pick your hole, Hole In One for a chance to win a new car on Hole #9, swag bag,
prizes for contest winners, and prizes for overall top score, top women’s team score, and top
co-ed team score.
Optional Purchases:
You will have the opportunity to purchase group mulligan packages, raffle tickets for
auction items, additional beverages at clubhouse bar, or beverage cart on Hole #14, and
our “$50 for 50 Years” donation jar with all proceeds going directly to fund our schools’ gym
renovation and laptops for teachers.
Arrival:
Upon arrival, drive your vehicle to the bag drop-off area and a volunteer will take your
clubs to your assigned cart. Be sure your bags are properly identified.
Check-In is required. Enter the main clubhouse to receive cart assignment, swag bag,
opportunity to purchase mulligan package and raffle/auction tickets. Each golf cart will be
personalized with the player’s name and hole assignment.

Formats
Team scramble (4 players): Scramble format. All four tee-off and go to the best shot. Ball is
marked and all four players hit their second shot from that spot (within one club length of
the mark). This procedure is continued until the ball is on the green. The ball is now
marked and all four players putt until ball is holed or very close to the hole. At this time
you may use a length of licorice to measure from ball to the cup. The length of rope is cut
off and the ball is considered holed out. When your rope is used up, you must count putts
from that point on. Mulligans may be used for any shot at any time. Mulligans cannot be
used for the hole in one contest, Longest Drive or Closest to the Pin). Mulligans and licorice
rope can be purchased at registration.
Attire
Mill Creek Country Club has a strict dress code of no jeans, no tank tops, no denim, and
no t-shirts. Collared golf shirts are required.
General Guidelines
 No refunds will be given for this event. Should you or a team member experience a
hardship and be unable to participate, substitute golfers will be allowed.
 Deadline for registration and payment is Thursday, September 4, 2014, $125 per
individual player. Sponsorships are also available.
 You must pre-register for this event. No registration the day of event. Registration
information is found on our school website and is available after Mass and in the
School Office.

Take Exit #183, turn east towards Mill Creek on 164th St.
Cross Bothell-Everett Hwy (Hwy 527) and take the next left on Village Green Drive.
Turn left on Country Club Drive and right into parking lot.
From I-405 (Southbound):
o Take Mill Creek exit, turn left onto Bothell-Everett Hwy.
o Go North, about 4 miles, take a right on 164th St. at the light.
o Turn left on Country Club Drive and right into parking lot.
