Sterile Pharmaceutical Clean Room Formula
STEEL-BRIGHT Sterile Stainless Steel Cleaner addresses the use of a sterile cleaner within the aseptic manufacturing area.
Removal of chemical residues, spotting and staining left on stainless steel is a constant battle. At the same time, the use of a
sterile lubricant is equally important to assure environmental conditions. With STEEL-BRIGHT, stainless steel can be restored
to a residue free finish. STEEL-BRIGHT is an emulsion based USDA Approved (A7), cleaner that will not rainbow or
accumulate a heavy build up. Surfaces will remain cleaner longer because there is no residue film to attract the soil. The gloss
is renewed with wiping and buffing and will be retained with no powdery residue. This product can also be used on chrome,
brass, aluminum and copper. The product is aseptically filtered, double bag packaged, and then gamma irradiated. The
product is delivered each time with VAI's lot specific Sterile Documentation Package. This innovation represents another
significant breakthrough for clean room operation.

FILLING:
Product is filled in Class 100 conditions.
FILTRATION:
Filtration designated per product is accomplished and integrity of the
filter assured by prior and post bubble point testing
PRODUCT LOT NUMBER:
Product Fill Lot Number is placed on the bottom of each can, and on
the exterior of the case.
IRRADIATION LOT NUMBER:
Irradiation Sterilization Lot Number appears on the exterior of the
case. Dosage is Min: 25.0 kGy Max: 50.0 kGy
CAN:
Seamless Aluminum, cleaned to class 100, exterior wiped with
IPA before packaging.
PACKAGING:
Product is double bagged per can in 4 mil polyethylene bags and
placed into a linered case. The entire contents are irradiated.
STERILITY TESTING:
Once irradiation treatment has been accomplished, the product
undergoes 14 day USP 23 Direct Transfer Method in TSB
(Trypticase Soy Agar) and Thioglycollate Media. (20 samples/lot)
EXPIRATION:
3 years from DOM for analytical and sterility.

STEEL-BRIGHT® (Emulsion Base)
Emulsion based professional strength stainless steel cleaner. Brightens and polishes stainless steel. Removes spots created by
water and oils. Will not rainbow or accumulate a heavy build up. Surfaces will remain cleaner longer because there is no
residue film to attract soil. The gloss is renewed and will be retained. Will not leave a powdery residue. This product can also
be used on chrome, brass, copper and aluminum. Pleasantly lemon scented. This product is authorized by USDA for use in
federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

RECOMMENDED FOR PROFESSIONAL OR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY
APPLICATIONS: For use on hand rails, light switch plates, desks, stainless steel elevators and doors, restaurant and cafeteria
equipment. Can also be used on cars, trucks, motorcycles, engines, bicycles, boats, trailers, sporting equipment, guns, knives,
jewelry, and many other applications.
DIRECTIONS: Shake can well before using. Hold can upright, spray a small amount to wet surface. Clean with one cloth
and polish with another clean, dry cloth. For small areas such as chair legs, spray cloth first, then polish as usual. NOTE: Do
not use on pots, pans or eating utensils.
CONTENTS: Water (CAS #7732-18-5). Aliphatic Hydrocarbons (CAS #8052-41-3, 64742-47-8),
White Mineral Oil (CAS #8042-47-5), Carbon Dioxide(CAS #124-38-9).
CAUTIONS: Contents under pressure. Store in a cool, well ventilated area, out of sunlight. Eliminate sources of ignition. Do
not store, incinerate, or heat material above 120*F (49*C)
FIRST AID:
EYES: Flush thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes.
SKIN: Wash effected area with soap and water.
INGESTION: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING, Call a Poison Control Center Immediately.
INHALATION: Move to Fresh Air, Give oxygen to exposed person if necessary]
