Double deck semi-trailer 2-AXLES
A question from a customer in 2005 was for Burgers Bodyworks BV the reason for the Double Deck trailer to
develop in a product which can be added to the required commitment, which should, despite its technical
complexity workable for the driver and optimally adjusted to the lowest possible maintenance an operational costs.
Steering
The axes of 9 tons can be optionally all rigid, in part,
controlled or all controlled executed. Control is forced
hydraulically from the 2" kingpin. The maneuverability of

in combination with the LHV (a 25.25 meters long

Loading areas
The body build-up is dependent on the desired
performance (non-conditioned or conditioned) with
plywood, or isolated polycarbonate / Twaron panels.
The top floor is split into several compartments (freezer,
cool and dry), each with its own temperature.
The goods can be in the lower floor if desired
refrigerated transported. The intermediate floor is
constructed from aluminum, or is isolated, with a
carrying capacity of 20 tons.
