The Lion King’s - Circle of Life was an apt assembly for the students of Year 6.
Through this assembly they shared their transitional changes from their life in the
Primary to their first steps in Secondary School shortly.
What will you become? No-one remains a child. What does your future hold? How will
you get there? These were some of the questions in their young minds. Through the story
they proved that they were ready for their next class.
The book mark also marked the Reading Year 2016 in the UAE. Mrs Padmaja spoke to
them about letting their light shine always, wherever they may go. The students were
given colourful wrist bands to mark the year. Ms. Johnston, Ms. Shetty and the parents
were appreciative of all the efforts of the students and teachers for putting up such a
grand assembly.

The students of Year 6 are equipped and well on their
way with all the skills required for KS3.
