Full-Spectrum Multiband
Radio is now available
to federal, state, and
local agencies.
In any emergency, seconds count. Instant and
effortless communication and information
transmission across first-responder lines can
mean the difference between life and death,
safety and disaster. Today, however, many
emergency and public safety communications
systems lack true interoperability. Different
agencies often cannot communicate directly
with one another during emergency operations
without relying on additional infrastructure
or radio gateway equipment. Until now.

With the Harris XG-100 Full-Spectrum Multiband
Radio, federal, state and local agencies now have
the first portable “One-for-All” solution that delivers
true interoperability with first responders and public
safety professionals.
Ruggedness is standard, not optional. Built to the
same standards as the proven Harris military tactical
radio products, the XG-100 offers extremely rugged
construction that exceeds the toughest standards of
operation in extreme environments.

By supporting both digital APCO P25 secure and
analog FM communications across the VHF, UHF,
700 MHz and 800 MHz bands in a single portable
radio, responders can now communicate with
multiple jurisdictions and agencies operating on
many different frequencies and systems.

of Defense and government agencies around the
world count on our radios to keep them connected
in any situation and in any setting. Harris first
introduced multiband radio technology to the
U.S. Special Forces over a decade ago, addressing
their multimission communications needs with

The Unity™ XG-100 puts
unprecedented connectivity
in the hands of the user.
The user is empowered with frequency coverage
of all portable land mobile radio frequency bands
in a single radio, total channel capacity of 12,500
channels, extended battery life, full APCO P25
compliance, and the ability to scan continuously
across all frequencies, voice modes, and encryption
types.
Built-in advanced capabilities include noise
suppression for operation in high-noise
environments, GPS receiver for position tracking
and rapid response for emergencies, and secure
Bluetooth® technology for wireless operation.
The XG-100 is built to the military standard for
ruggedness and submersibility, designed to be
intrinsically safe, and features a true softwaredefined radio architecture that allows flexibility for
future growth, including a software-only upgrade
to the APCO P25 phase 2 standards. With a 3-year
standard radio warranty, the XG-100 Full-Spectrum
Multiband Radio is a future-proof investment.
