To be used with the Ion Sphere™ Quality Control Kit, catalog number 4468656.
The Ion Sphere™ Quality Control Kit allows for Ion Sphere Particle quality control using the Qubit® 2.0
Fluorometer or Qubit® 3.0 Fluorometer for the below Ion templating kits.

Enter the kit and lot-specific conversion factor for unenriched Ion Sphere™ Particles in the appropriate field
(blue cells) of the Qubit® Easy Calculator Microsoft® Excel® Spreadsheet file containing the Calibration Factor
specifically calculated for the Qubit® Fluorometer used.
For more information refer to the “Quality control of Ion Sphere™ Particles” section in the Appendix of the
templating kit User Guide which can be found on thermofisher.com.
Qubit® Conversion Factors are sorted by kit type and Reagents lot number. If you cannot find the lot number
below confirm the lot number is correct and from the Reagents kit, not the Solutions or Supplies kits.
