I am certifying, to the best of my ability, that the item(s) I am consigning are authentic designer piece(s) and are
not produced in violation of any copyright, license, or trademark agreements. I understand that selling a fake
designer item(s) is against the law and could mean a fine of up to $500,000 and up to ten years in prison.
By signing this form, I am promising that the item(s) I am consigning are owned by me personally. This means
that I am presenting these item(s) in full faith that it is not a stolen-good. This also means that I am verifying that
there are no liens, judgments, or anything else hindering me from claiming full ownership.
Consignors receive 50% of the actual selling price for items sold for more than $20. For items that sell for less
than $20, the consignor will receive 40%.
Designer Items follow this sales schedule: Full Price for four (4) weeks, 25% off for four (4) weeks, 50% off for
eight (8) weeks, and then at our discretion sold at a clearance price.
Revive sets the price, based in part on their knowledge of the local markets, as well as researching prices on the
Internet. Factors such as brand, style, age, condition, demand, and past selling history all affect the price we will
ask. Consignors reserve the right to request that the price be lowered at anytime while their item(s) are for sale
at Revive Consignment in order to stimulate a faster sale.
Revive Consignment will perform its own due diligence to authenticate the purse in order to ensure that we are
not violating any copyright, license, or trademark agreements. We outsource the authentication of designer
item(s) through a third-party vendor. Presenting original purchase receipt(s) for your item(s) is one of the best
ways to expedite this process.
Any item(s) which is successfully authenticated will be awarded with a Certificate of Authenticity, which will
accompany the item when presented for resale. If/when the consignor chooses to remove their designer item(s)
for resale, they will retain the Certificate of Authenticity. However, a $10 fee ​

will be assessed and added
as a deduction to the consignor’s account in order to cover the costs associated with the authentication process.
Any item(s) we are unable to authenticate will be returned to you AND a $10 fee ​

will be assessed
and added as a deduction to your consignor account in order to cover the costs associated with the
authentication process. You will have one (1) week to pick up your item(s).
We take every precaution against loss, theft, damage, or shop wear, however, items are consigned at your own
risk. Revive is liable only for making appropriate and timely payment for items that actually sell. In the event
that your item(s) is lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, or unaccounted for due to any cause, known or unknown
while consigned with Revive Consignment, you agree to hold us harmless and will make no claim against Revive
Consignment, its owners, employees, and/or persons associated with the store.
