NUTV.
2) Time of day is kept current automatically
3) NUTV and pre-paid ad block
4) NUTV bumper media ID.

NUTV (New University Television Society) is one of the oldest university
based television production societies in Canada. We offer an invaluable
opportunity to our membership: the chance to explore the medium of
television by learning the various stages of production. NUTV
encourages a forum for a free exchange of ideas and opinions and

have one in the mainstream media.

Full Frontal
Full Frontal: a round up of the best of university television. A bi-weekly program
that highlights the very best, the most absurd and the all around coolest stuff
coming out of the U of C scene. 30 MINUTES including: Magazine pieces covering
the latest events on campus and I the community. We look at events with a perspective
outside of the mainstream; Full Frontal is the voice, the view of the student. Full Frontal
covers people, organizations, and issues often neglected by mainstream media.
RECENT News stories: latest developments in medical and scientific research, the
legalization of marijuana, violence in the den, rising tuition costs, student election
controversies, RECENT Human interest stories: violation of civil rights in Iraq, local
peace rallies, the Muslim student’s quest for space on campus. RECENT Sport stories:
information pieces on rock climbing, kayaking, skateboarding, BMX. RECENT Arts and
Entertainment stories: profiles of music artists such as Bif Naked. We create short
documentaries. RECENT topics we have covered: the cultural struggles of student from
Pakistan, the shunning of prostitutes by community members and politicians, date rape,
and more….
We also do dramas, music videos, art videos and experimental pieces.
Full Frontal airs:
Channel 17 on Campus Noon, 5 pm and 9 pm

residence
Channel 78 on Shaw: Tuesday, Thursday – 9:30 Sunday at 9
