EquiForce Foot
Biotin with MSM, amino acids, vitamins, and trace elements
EquiForce Foot is a concentrated and easily absorbed
supplement that contains all the nutrients and
building blocks in the correct ratios needed to
develop and maintain strong and healthy hooves. A
single daily dose delivers an entire 75 mg of biotin,
and additionally high doses of MSM (organic sulfur),
brewer's yeast, essential amino acids, vitamins and
easily absorbable chelated trace elements. The highly
versatile composition and synergy among the
ingredients nourishes and supports the entire hoof
complex and ensure restoration of healthy and
strong horn. Recommended for horses with brittle,
porous and soft horn, frequent abscesses, poor horn
growth, laminitis or white line disease. For the best
results the recommended use should be least 6
months due to the slow growth of the horn.
However, clear improvements in the horn quality can
be seen already after 1-2 months of use.
No hoof, no horse!
Healthy hooves are a prerequisite for a healthy and
functional horse. Hoof problems can result in poor
performance of the horse and allows the horse owner
many worries and additional blacksmith expenses.
Hoof problems is a complex issue which, in addition
to a skilled farrier, requires the input of a wide range
of essential nutrients, such as special vitamins,
amino acids, trace elements, etc. for the best results.
Biotin is only one of the building blocks that are
necessary for the growth of healthy horn, hence a
supplement of pure biotin without the necessary
aids, often only have a limited effect on the hooves.
Horses can (usually) generate biotin
Under optimum conditions bacteria in the horse's
large intestine generate enough water soluble
vitamins, including biotin, to supply the horse.
However, many factors can result in a decreased
generation of these vitamins hence leading to
deficiencies. By far the most common cause is too
little or too poor roughage. But also other factors
such as high amounts of starch (especially grain) or
sugar in the diet, high age, heritage (genetics),
laminitis, as well as unknown factors can lead to hoof
problems. When dealing with hoof problems the first
task is to adjust the horse´s diet with premium
quality roughage and horsefeed (if not done
already). Secondly, the horse must be supplemented
with an adequate biotin supplement, like EquiForce
Foot for at least 6 months to restore a good hoof
quality. If the cause of the hoof problems is high
age, laminitis, or heritage, a permanent subsidy may
be necessary.
Tasty
EquiForce Foot is based on alfalfa, natural herbs and
natural flavors, which makes the product palatable
and well accepted by horses and much healthier than
sugar-based supplements.

methionine, cysteine, fenugreek, MSM (methyl
sulfone methan), vitamin C, selenium yeast,

Feeding instructions: All horses: 15 g (1
scoop), ponies: 7,5 g (½ scoop). Only feed
larger volumes after consulting your vet/farrier.
