Customer Acknowledgement
Stone is a natural product and subject to color and texture variations. Part of the attractiveness of these products of
nature is subtle imperfections found in color, uniformity and texture. These imperfections add to its unique character
and natural beauty. Customer assumes all responsibility for stone selection. When ordering for a project, please order
full quantity at one time as color, consistency and shape will vary due to quarry locations and color matching cannot
be guaranteed.
All sales are final. Delivery charges not included. Glacier Stone will arrange trucking for a 5% fee of the delivery
charge. Glacier Stone Delivery Charges: $95/hr without loader; $135.00/hr with loader (time for round-trip).
Prices are F.O.B. Glacier Stone Supply, Kalispell, Montana.

Glacier Stone will invoice customers from either the ship date or seven days after the completion date, whichever is
sooner. Glacier Stone will add a storage fee of $100/month if order has not been picked up after 30 days of
completion.
A 1.5% per month Finance fee will be charged for any late payments
The customer understands that all natural products react to the elements and may change color over time or
delaminate.
Each stone is unique in shape and size.
Glacier Stone recommends discussing sealing options with certified installer or mason. Glacier will not be responsible
for the decision made. Customers should discuss the following with certified installer or mason:

Installing Bitterroot or Wolf Creek products on or near a water feature or pool.
·
Bighorn and Wolf Creek contain a certain amount of iron, thus the issue of bleeding should be discussed
·
Cleaning natural stone with a cement or stone cleaner and allowing it to completely dry.
·
Mixing too much lime or calcium in their mortar mix, to avoid "bleeding".
·
Sealing all natural stone after it is set in mortar.
·
Avoiding ACID WASHING
Glacier Stone is not responsible for improper installation and furthermore Glacier Stone is not a certified installer and
will not make any recommendations for installation. Any verbal recommendations from any Glacier Stone employee
shall not be considered accepted by the company. Customer should consult certified installer or mason for
recommendations.

There is No warranty against any stone "bleeding", changing colors, mineral leaching or any other natural weathering
issues by Glacier Stone Supply.
