Learn how to reduce pain and muscle tension with selftreatment techniques that rehydrate your connective

The MELT Method is a simple self-treatment technique
that helps prevent pain, heal injury, and erase the negative
effects of aging and active living. Using MELT Hand and
Foot Treatment Balls and a MELT Soft Roller, you can learn
how to reduce joint pain and muscle tension with selftreatment techniques that rehydrate your connective tissue
and rebalance your nervous system. Discover how MELT can
help make your body feel better so you can stay active and
pain-free for a lifetime. Please bring an exercise mat and

The Pilates Reformer is the most well-known piece of Pilates
equipment. These machines utilize springs, leverage and body
weight as resistance while providing a full-body workout.
Exercises involve controlled, flowing movements through a full
range of motion and are customizable for beginners, as well as
advanced participants. This small group setting will meet you
where you are and help to facilitate your fitness goals, whether
just “getting in shape” or improving functional strength and
stability for golf or other sports.

Customize your workout schedule. Pick the number of
classes you want to attend and on the days that work
for you! Aerobics provide a cardiovascular workout to
help burn fat and calories while toning and shaping the
major muscle groups. Each class will consist of a warmup, cardiovascular training, cool-down, abdominal and
stretching exercises. Participants should bring a water
bottle and an exercise mat.
A gentle stretching yoga class to maintain and increase
flexibility. This class is suitable for seniors or anyone wanting
a gentle exercise class. Dress comfortably and bring an
exercise mat.
