The Messenger Winter 2017 A Letter from Our President/CEO Dear ValleyStar Members, We are excited to announce that we officially merged Valley Community Credit Union of Waynesboro, VA into the ValleyStar Credit Union family effective January 1, 2017. The joining of our two credit unions makes our organization stronger and better able to provide the quality financial products and services our members deserve. We will be maintaining the previous Valley Community branch office and ATM located at 501 W. Broad St. in Waynesboro. This facility will be able to serve your financial needs once all prior Valley Community members’ accounts are converted over to our system on or before June 30, 2017. For now, we ask that you continue to have your accounts serviced at our branch locations in Collinsville, Danville, Martinsville, and Rocky Mount. We are honored to have the Valley Community family join ValleyStar and we look forward to the exciting opportunities ahead of our vibrant, growing Credit Union!
