ANTHONY TEXAS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Hello I'm Chris Rodriguez and I work as the Community Relations Officer
for the City of Anthony Texas. Our City is located with -in El Paso County, the west
tip of Texas before New Mexico Stateline on Interstate 10. The reason for my email
is to obtain any information regarding a possible expansion of your business to the
Anthony area. Our City is growing rapidly with the new businesses expanding to
our area.
We have land opportunity that stretches about a 1.5 miles that is not yet developed
off of N. Desert near Interstate 10 Exit 0 which was reconstructed because of rapid
growth to the city. This land can easily be prepped and this location has water,
sewage and electricity that is accessible for your business. Our city is the gateway
for commuters between El Paso Texas and Las Cruces New Mexico.
The land is privately owned by a Mr. Paxton and has advised City Council that he
would donate over 50 acres of land to any business that would bring entertainment
to the city and region. We are working with local partners to construct an
entertainment district to provide a get -a-away for residents of El Paso, Las Cruces
and Fort Bliss. Our city would suit your bu siness perfectly to the region not just for
neighboring cities but for travelers as well. This area would not just suit Anthony
Texas but would serve customers from the following cities and areas including a
15mile radius:

The land off of Interstate 10 Exit 6 to Exit 0 is starting to be purchased and
developed. This is a very great opportunity for our city to establish an
entertainment location for commuters from surrounding cities to come to.
New I-10 exit ramp opens in Anthony

The Texas Department of Transportation on Wednesday opened a new exit ramp on Interstate 10 West in Anthony,
Texas. TxDOT officials said the new ramp was built because of heavy traffic backup on the former Exit 0 ramp and
that the new ramp will help ease traffic and make it a safer exit. The new ramp is about a mile south of the old ramp,
near American RV & Marine. Officials said the old ramp is closed and will eventually be removed.
