Setup breading station of Eggwash in a pan, and Breading in another pan. Dip chicken in Eggwash, drain then dredge and press into bread crumbs coating both sides evenly. Place on lined sheet pans and wrap with film and refrigerate for minimum of 2 hours before frying.
