FEES&
SCHEDULE
GRANTS:
There will be only two partial grants per
year offered for financial hardship.
SUMMER SESSION:
June—August Fee: $275
Must be paid in full by 6/1/15
Session ends in the middle of August. Playoffs will begin
with MVP Flight League and AAU tournaments. Parents will
be responsible for payment of AAU tournament fees besides
the session fee paid on 9/1/14 [see note below regarding
tournament fees]. Practice continues until 9/1/14.
FALL SESSION:
Sept.—Oct.
Fee: $200
Must be paid in full by 9/1/15
Session ends the middle of October. Playoffs will begin with
MVP Flight League and AAU tournaments. Parents will be
responsible for payment of AAU tournament fees besides
the session fee paid on third week in January [see note below
regarding tournament fees].
AAU TOURNAMENTS:
November
Fee: Per tournament
Practice until 3rd week in November. AAU tournaments will
be played in the month of November. Parents will have to pay
a fee per AAU tournament, besides the session fee paid on
9/1/14 [see note below regarding tournament fees]. OFF SEASON:
December & January—No Practice or Tournaments
RESUME SESSION:
February
Training and conditioning begins 2nd week in January

March—May Fee: $275
Must be paid in full by 3/1/15
Session ends 2nd week in May. Playoffs will begin with
MVP Flight League and AAU tournaments. Parents will be
responsible for payment of AAU tournament fees besides
the session fee paid on 3/1/15 [see note below regarding
tournament fees]. Practice continues until 6/1/15.
SESSION FEES:
All fees MUST be paid in full prior to the start of each session
on the dates indicated in the schedule above. Fees are for full
sessions only. There will be no partial payments accepted after
the date when full payment is due. You are welcome to begin
making partial payments prior to the start of each session, but
if fee is not paid in full by the start date of the session, your
child will not be on the roster nor be allowed to participate in
practices or games during this session—NO EXCEPTIONS!
TOURNAMENT FEES:
Each tournament varies in price from $250-$450 per
tournament per team. The cost to individual parents is
$250-$450 divided by the number of members on the team.
Each tournament guarantees 2 games with the possibility of
a 3rd game being a playoff or championship game.
WE WILL OFFER SEVERAL FUNDRAISERS THROUGHOUT THE
YEAR, WHICH MAY HELP WITH FEES; IF NOT, FEES ARE THE
PARENTS’ RESPONSIBLITY.
