The party cost is $335/$360 for up to 20 children (2 coaches). A $130 non-refundable
deposit is due at the time you reserve the date. The remaining balance ($205/$230) is due
the day of the party by cash or check only. (Credit Cards NOT accepted)

Extra Charges:
Monarchs must have a credit card on file for your account to ensure no default on party payment
is made. Should you fail to pay your balance, the credit card on file will be charged on your behalf.

Monarchs Gymnastics birthday parties are two hours long (additional time may be purchased).
The first 1 1/2 hours take place on the gym floor under the direction and supervision of two
coaches. Children will warm-up, do obstacle courses, play games, learn basic gymnastic skills,
work on trampoline, and much more. The birthday child will also receive an authentic first place
medal. The last 1/2 hour (additional time may be purchased) is spent in the observation area/room
where the party host may provide cake, pizza, etc. for their guests. All participants MUST have
liability waiver signed before participating in any activities out on the floor.
Kinder Deluxe Parties for those turning 5yrs:
 Floor Time: 1 hr 15 min
 Table Time: 45 min
Monarchs Gymnastics is responsible for the following:
* The facility
* The coaches
* Gym set-up / Party room set-up
* Refrigerator/ Freezer
You, the party host are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the party to set-up and decorate.
Please call the office ahead of time or stop by to let us know the final head count so that we can
prepare appropriately (additional coaches may be needed). Please be aware that it is the
responsibility of the host to provide the office with signed Liability Waivers for ALL children
participating on the gym floor, on or before the day of the party.
Also, please note that Monarchs Gymnastics does NOT provide the following:
* Decorations / Paper goods (table cloths, plates, napkins, paper cups, utensils, etc.)
* Food/ Beverages
* Party Favors (gym medals can be purchased ahead of time, please ask the office)
Just a few safety rules…
1. No shoes in the gym.
2. No alcohol.
3. No piñata, silly string, or confetti.
4. Children under 2 years are not allowed on the floor.
5. Children 2 - 3 years must have a parent with them at all times.
6. Parents are not allowed on the equipment (there is a weight limit).
7. Children cannot go onto the floor before the party time.
8. Children cannot go onto the floor after they eat (this is a serious health and safety concern).
