If your browser gives you an error, click on continue anyway (see examples): 3. Select “Choose a language” 4. Select “Visa” 5. Read the instructions, scroll down and click “START NEW APPLICATION” to proceed to the next step 6. GENERAL DATA: ALL fields must be filled out, not only those marked with an asterisk. Incomplete forms will be returned; The information provided by the applicant is used for issuing the VISA: Be very careful when filling out the visa application form. Click “NEXT” to proceed to the next step 7. VISA DATA: All fields must be filled out. Under “Form of Exhibition of Travel Documents,” please choose: BY THIRD PARTIES and type: Travel Visa Pro. Then click “NEXT” to proceed to the next step 8. DOCUMENTS: All fields must be filled out, click “NEXT” to proceed to the next step 9. PROFESSIONAL DATA: All fields must be filled out, then click “NEXT” to proceed to the next step 10. CONTACTS: ALL fields must be filled out. The item “CONTACT IN BRAZIL” is mandatory, then click NEXT
11. BIOMETRIC DATE AND SCANNED DOCUMENTS: you will have to upload a photograph, signature and passport scan. (photograph requirement 431x531 pixels, signature 420x420 pixels, passport ONLY IN PDF) Upload your passport here 12. Declare that all information is true, by clicking on the box, then click Complete Application 13. Take a note of the “Recovery of Application code”, you will need that to check your visa status 14. Type the code that is displayed in the empty box below. (Please note it is case sensitive) then click CONTINUE. 15. Choose “Print Delivery Receipt” (document example is on the next page)
16. Attach your photo and sign 17. This will be the actual visa form, please attach the picture and sign. Once you have this protocol filled out, you will enclose it with all the other requirements for a visa and send it to TRAVEL VISA PRO
