The Executive of the Council on 6 December 2005 had considered a report by
the Director of City Development on the introduction of pro-rata payments for
on-street parking. The Executive had agreed to commence the statutory
procedure to vary the relevant Traffic Regulation Orders to allow pro-rata
payments for on-street parking.
