Important Locations to Consider Regarding IRCE Exhibit Hall:
• The Exhibit Hall will be located in halls F1 & F2 on the third floor of the McCormick Place West Convention Center. The General Sessions &
Breakout Sessions will be held in the Skyline Ballroom, which is on the same floor and across the lobby from the Exhibit Hall. View a

• The Attendee and Exhibitor Registration Desk will be located outside of the Exhibit Hall in the main concourse centered between the two
main entrances to the Exhibit Hall floor.
• The entire front section of the exhibit hall will be lined with 3-foot wall making the hall visible from the main concourse.
• There will be two entrances into the exhibit hall located on either side of Registration:
o One entrance will be to the right side of the registration area, between booths and 601 & 703.
The escalators to the taxi stand & shuttle pickup/drop off, as well as the session rooms, are near this entrance.
o One entrance will be to the left side of the registration area, between booths 1601 & 1701.
The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, Starbucks, and parking lots are near this entrance.
• The black squares on the floor plan are large columns approximately 8’ x 8’ in size. View the Exhibit Hall Column Pictures.
• The ceiling height within the Exhibit Hall is approximately 40 ft.
• Food & Beverage, as well as seating, will be provided in the back of hall on the left side and at the West Hall Café. Additional seating will
also be available within the Recharge and Refresh lounges highlighted on the floor plan. The West Hall Café is located on a second level and
overlooks the exhibit hall floor.
• The car for the Win-The-Wheels contest will be parked in the Internet Retailer booth, located in the center of the hall.
• Restrooms are located at the front of the exhibit hall in the middle section. There are also restrooms down the stairs, under the West Hall
Café.

Coffee Station - Will be brewing complimentary gourmet coffee for all conference attendees. (Located on the right side of
the hall)
Headshot Station – Attendees will have the opportunity to take a professional headshot. (Located on the right side of the
hall)
IRCE Link Lounge – The area is the designated meeting point for attendees that have setup one-on-one appointments with
their peers via the LINK matchmaking tool. (Located in the upper right corner of the hall)
Backyard – Located in the back of the exhibit hall, the area will feature a bar and attendees can drop by to play pool, try
out your aim with bags, or see how skilled you are in foosball.
Charging Areas – Will be located throughout the hall to charge electronic devices.
Massage Station – Relax and receive a chair massage. (Located on the left side of the hall)
Juice Bar – Grab a glass of fresh juice. (Located on the left side of the hall)
Refuel Lounge – Located in the center of the hall behind the Internet Retailer booth, this area will feature intermittent
snacks throughout the exhibit hall days.
Refresh Lounge – Complimentary water and beverages will be distributed from this area during the morning and afternoon
breaks on the two main days of the conference. (Located along the main aisle of the hall on the right side)
Recharge Lounge – Lounge area where electronic devices can be charged. (Located along the main aisle of the hall on the
left side)
