for people in any business or sector
who need to solve problems.
Team Based Problem Solving
The ability to solve problems across all levels in an organisation has been one of the vital characteristics found
in most successful businesses. As businesses move forward in the increasingly competitive marketplace, there
has never been more of a need to improve products and services to satisfy customer demand. Using teams to
solve problems is a vital ingredient for business improvement.
This e-learning course allows you to rapidly build capability across wide groups of people in a very short space
of time, accelerating your journey towards the creation of a culture of continuous improvement.
The course is supported throughout with an interactive case study, allowing learners to apply the theory taught,
to enhance their learning experience.
At the end of the course there is a 10-question quiz to cement learning. Learners are then able to download
a summary of the problem solving processes taught, together with a key A3 problem solving template for
future use.
