NexGuard 22352is an innovative multifunctional program that combines the most advanced boiler internal
treatment chemistry, oxygen scavenger and condensate corrosion inhibitor w ith new TRASAR™ Technology
plus state-of-the-art diagnostic, monitoring, feed, and control equipment.
NexGuard 22352is designed for maximum scale inhibition and minimiz es corrosion for boilers operating at or
below 600 psig (41barg) w ith high feedw ater hardness and moderate feedw ater oxygen.

Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) for treating boilers or steam lines (G6/W1) w here steam produced may contact
edible products.
NexGuard 22352has been certified as KOSHER/PAREVE for year-round use INCLUDING THE PASSOVER
SEASON by the CHICAGO RABBINICAL COUNCIL.
NexGuard 22352is in full compliance w ith the applicable Federal law s (FDA) and regulations pertaining to
food additives and may be used for applications covered under 21 CFR 173.310, Boiler Water Additives.

The feedw ater dosage of
NexGuard 22352 w ill vary depending on average feedw ater total acid hardness and
feedw ater oxygen. For your specific application, your local Nalco sales engineer w ill make the appropriate
feedrate recommendations.
Overfeed of
NexGuard 22352 w ill result in excessive treatment costs and may result in boiler carryover.
Underfeed of
NexGuard 22352 w ill result in higher maintenance costs and potential failures.

NexGuard 22352 must be protected from exposure to sunlight and any sources of UV/VIS radiation. Use of
storage containers (including bulk storage tanks) allow ing transmission of light w ill result in reduced product
integrity. These containers should be protected from sunlight or not be used.
NexGuard 22352 should be stored in a location w here the product temperature can be kept in a range
betw een 50oF [10oC] and 130oF [54oC].
For
NexGuard 22352, the recommended in-plant storage limit is 1 year. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
for the most current data.
