Five Days of Training at the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française-Ferrandi
We invite you to join the San Francisco Baking Institute for a week of bread and
pastry training at the ÉcoleSupérieurede Cuisine Française-Ferrandi in Paris,
France. Located in the heart of Paris, École Ferrandi is one of France’s leading
professional training schools. Every year, SFBI brings students from our Bread
& Pastry Professional Training Program to train in France. This portion of our
professional program is also available to other students. Anyone with a passion
for baking will deeply appreciate this one-of-a-kind trip.* Don’t miss this unique
opportunity – reserve now! All classes will be taught in English.
* This program is not designed for the beginning baker or pastry chef; participants
should have completed some training at SFBI or have significant other baking
experience.
Trip Details
• Before April 13: Check-in at your hotel in Paris
• April 13-17: Training at L’École Ferrandi
• Tuition: $1,745 (excludes airfare and hotel)
All students must arrive in class at L’École Ferrandi on April 13th —no late
arrivals will be admitted.
Tuition Price Includes
• Five days of training and daily lunch at L’École Ferrandi in Paris
(four days of pastry and one day of bread)
• Field trips in Paris to explore Parisian bakeries
