Entries MUST BE ORIGINAL and will be judged on originality, form,
structure and neatness.
Articles must be neatly mounted -- maximum size 12” x 18”. Multiple
page entries may be submitted in a paper or plastic folder. Entries
smaller than 8 ½” x 11” or larger than 12” x 18” will not be accepted.
There should be no grades or comments on entries by teachers.
No names must appear on front of entries. Include name, phone
number, and Division & Class on back of entries.
Entries being submitted by teachers for their students should also
include teacher’s name and school on back of entries.
Entries must be picked up in person, or any other person must
have a signed letter of authorization from the artist or exhibitor.
Entries will not be released without claim check.
If teacher is to pick up entries for entire class after Fair, please notify
Exhibits Supervisor at time of delivery.
