Loper Dollars is an on-campus debit system administered
by UNK and is not affiliated with any financial institution.
Each time you make a purchase, the purchase amount is
subtracted from your Loper Dollars balance. Loper Dollars
carr y over from semester to semester.

The Market@27th serves a variety of different cuisines that are
made fresh daily. The menus have been integrated with a renowned
nutritional initiative, including real time nutrition information
developed by our Executive Chef, Andy Decker. The Market@27th
has seven full-service stations and many hidden secrets.
“The Kitchen”
A home-style comfort food station that offers many residential
specials including international flavors, childhood favorites,
vegetarian and vegan options.
"The Grill"
This station offers a weekly made-to-order special with all the
fixin’s. We will gladly honor any special request, if you have a few
minutes while we prepare it right in front of you.
Mongolian Grill
A different performance weekly that features exciting international
sautés, create-your-own stir-fry, taco bar, BBQ tour and many more.
Baker’s Crust
Made to order sandwiches, subs, and wraps featuring unique
breads and spreads. This station also offers a daily special hot and
cold sandwich and salad.
Fresh Market
Offers fresh produce and multiple daily proteins for you to buildyour-own healthy specialty salad. Also includes house made soup,
fresh baked breads and an occasional hot special.
The Hearthstone Oven
An Italian pizzeria-style oven that provides fresh pizza on our
“made from scratch” dough, which is then baked to perfection.
Add breadsticks and the specialty salad of the day to create a
wholesome meal.
My Pantry
The perfect place to start or finish any meal with fresh and
delicious treats. You will find waffles, breads, juice, cereal and
milk along with a variety of hard pack ice cream and soft serve
yogurt. Also, we offer made without gluten items including, salad
dressings, breads, tortilla shells, peanut butter and much more.

Louie’s Diner offers all-you-care-to-eat dining including, hot and
cold entrées, a deli, a made-to order grill station, fresh salad bar
and bakery. We have also added the Bready program which offers
daily fresh baked made without gluten breads along with salad
dressings and much more.
Please take a walk over to Louie’s to experience many unique
diner style specials. These include build-your-own homemade ice
cream sundae, wing night and kindergarten day which
incorporates many childhood favorites.
Louie’s Blue Plate Special is an all day exclusive event that offers
comfort diner food such as, Chicken and Waffles, Grilled Cheese
and Tomato Soup, Fish-N-Chips and more.
