Cleaning & Care
The Soup Maker & Blender and its parts are
not dishwasher safe.
The Jug must not be submerged in water.
To clean, rinse the Jug under a tap. Wipe
the inside using a damp cloth. If there is any
stuck or burnt-on food inside the Jug, use the
included Cleaning Brush to remove. Be careful
when cleaning around the blade, as it is very
sharp and is non-removable.
The Lid, Filter, Measuring Cup and Steamer
can be washed in the sink in warm, soapy
water.
Using the self-cleaning function
1. Fill the Jug with approximately 800ml of
water. Add a small amount of washing-up
liquid if necessary. Place on the Lid with
the Measuring Cup in place.
2. Turn on the Soup Maker & Blender and
select either Pulse or Blend to clean the
Jug. If stubborn debris is present, you can
select one of the soup settings to help
remove it. Turn off once the Jug is clean.
Wipe down the Power Base with a damp
cloth. Do not submerge the Power Base in
water.
You may need to soak the Filter in hot water
for several hours to remove any residue
trapped in the holes.
