Tina Kirkhoven Her Legacy… Ernestine “Tina” Kirkhoven was born on November 5, 1939 in Globe, Arizona to Howard and Beatrice Lloyd. Tina passed away on October 1, 2012 in Oroville, California. Tina had her own business Tina’s Diner. Tina waitressed for many years in Oroville. She worked at Miner’s Café which her family operated for 17 years. She retired from the restaurant business in 1994. Tina loved her friends and family very much. She loved to read. She was a member of the Eagles Club. She liked to bowl and worked at the bowling alley in Oroville and at Zelma’s snack bar. She will be remembered as a fun loving woman who truly cared about others. We will miss you “Tina the Ballerina”. Her Family…Tina is survived by her sisters Dee-Dee Hodge of Norwalk, CA; Marie Berger of Desert Hot Springs, CA; Eva Sorenson of Oroville, CA; her brothers Harvey Lloyd of Carson City, NV; Ray Lloyd of Oroville, CA; her son Tony Cunha (Kirkhoven), daughter Kimberly Kirkhoven, grandchildren Mike Lamb, Shay Lynn (Evenson) Wood, and Ryan Kirkhoven. Tina is preceded in death by her beloved and truly missed daughter Michele Kirkhoven. November 5, 1939 October 1, 2012 Her Farewell Service …A Potluck Celebration of Tina’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Feather Falls Casino Clubhouse, 3 Alverda Dr. Oroville, Ca.
