AllinterestedauthorswillfindinformationonmanuscriptsubmissionontheAAMDwebsite:
http://medicaldosimetry.org/.Thecommitteeco‐chairsmustverifythatallauthorsare
membersingoodstandingorhaveapplicationsinprogress.Allstudentauthorsmustbea
memberoftheAAMDandmustsubmitaletterfromtheirprogramdirectorstatingtheir
studentstatus.AllauthorswillreceiveconfirmationoftheirabstractsubmissionbyApril1st.
AllmanuscriptsubmissionsareduebyMay1stofthecurrentyear.
CriteriaforjudgingpapersenteredforMedicalDosimetryWritingCompetitionisnot
thesameasthestandardforpeerreviewforMedicalDosimetryJournal.Therefore,
acceptancefortheMedicalDosimetryWritingCompetitiondoesnotguarantee
publicationintheMedicalDosimetryJournal.

Potentialauthorsmustsubmitanabstractsubmissionformandareleaseform(Appendix2)
whichmustbereadandsignedbytheprimaryauthor(AAMDMember)releasingsubmitted
manuscriptsasthepropertyoftheAAMD.Thesedocumentsmustbesubmittednolaterthan
April1stofthecurrentyear.
