Actor Bio:
Dieter Riesle, born in Wiesbaden , Germany , has lived in the United States for twenty-two years. Before becoming an actor, Mr. Riesle
pursued a career as a principal ballet dancer for 20 years of his life. After completing his degree at the John Cranko Ballet Academy in
Stuttgart , Germany , he joined the Frankfurt Ballet, the Hamburg Ballet and later ballet companies in the United States . Following his career
as a dancer, he studied acting with Lloyd Richards and Earle Gister and performed in plays, film, television and musicals. His latest role was
Herr Franck in The Good Shepherd (2006) , directed by Robert De Niro . In addition to founding Metro Clowns , a company dedicated to the
art of classical European clowning. Mr. Riesle holds a B.A. in International Criminal Justice (summa cum laude) from John Jay College of
Criminal Justice.
