Welcome to the latest additions to our expanding “bespoke” electric solution Series LE
electric actuator range - our “from easy-to-use to big-in-performance” approach to electric
actuation.
Why “bespoke” electric solution?
With SMC controllers and drivers portfolio, you can choose how easily / complex you want to experience the operational benefits
of our LE product range: in an “easy-to-use” mode setting, or taking full advantage of all their “big-in-performance” features.
From “easy-to-use” to “big-in-performance”.
Level 1 - Pre-set actuator parameters considerably reducing the complexity and set time spent on programming and enabling a
quick start-up with the Programless Controller LECP1 and LECP2.
Level 2 - Simple step-by-step programming, with pre-set actuator parameters, ensuring easy installation and operation with the
easy-setting programming software made simple by the LEC첸6 Controller.
Also, capacity of positioning at an optional position by pulse train signals is now possible with easy and quick to
program Pulse Input Type Controller LECPA.
Level 3 - Smooth position, speed and force control with no need for further adjustment with AC Servomotor Driver LECS, which
also automatically controls machine’s low frequency vibrations and differences between command value and real
movement.
High performance for high demanding applications is now possible with new AC Servomotor Driver LECY, designed
for machinery and systems with axes motion that require high speed and precision positioning, which features a STO
function that prevents torque energy from causing the drive to start unexpectedly.

A new space savings electric actuator with low profile and flat-body simple construction
• Low-profile/flat electric actuator: 48 mm height.
• Compatible with sliding bearing and ball bushing bearing:
Sliding bearing: reduced noise (60 dB or less).
Ball bushing bearing: high-speed transport (1000 mm/s); suitable for moment loads.
• Optional non-magnetising type lock mechanism for the motor.
