After this they are ours to manipulate as we see fit. In this case with Pepsi, gomme & fresh lemon juice. CHARLIE CHAPLIN £6.95 Beginning with SW4 Gin we then add Cointreau, gomme & lemon juice. We take three steps back & two to the side whilst muddling in fresh raspberries. MAI TAI £6.95 It begins by blending Brugal & Myers's rum with Cointreau. Then we furiously shake in three different directions with fresh lime juice, orgeat syrup & angostura bitters. We then add a touch of overproof rum to put some fire in your belly. £6.95 With Jim Beam Double Oak, fresh lemon, sugarcane & angostura bitters all shaken vigorously together before being gently strained over cubed ice. It is not finished there as a shot of Shiraz will be gently floating on the top. £6.95 DIRTY MOJITO Introducing Mr Hayman's Sloe Gin to a colourful miss apricot liqueur. We take torn mint leaves & absolutely slap them silly before pulverising them all together mercilessly with a wooden stick... mmm wooden stick STRAWBERRY, MANGO &£6.95 PASSIONFRUIT DAQUIRI We take strawberry, mango & passionfruit and beat it to within an inch of its life. We have just done our own twist on it with both a mint & chocolate liqueur. JU GS PEACHES £13.95 We take Stoli Vodka, blueberry & peach liqueur and a spoonful of honey then completely overdo it with mint, lemon & lime slices. BLOOD RED £13.95 Deep in the bottom of a jug lies Cocchi Rosa Vermouth, SW4 Gin, raspberry liqueur, fresh lemon & cranberry juice. Let’s not forget the sugar. VENUS N FUR £13.95 This fella has Stoli Vodka, Chambord, raspberry puree & sugarcane then at the last minute apple juice & raspberries. ALCO HO L FREE STRAWBERRY FIELDS £3.00 FOREVER (Alcohol Free) Booze free. Take elderflower cordial, vanilla syrup, strawberry purée & apple juice. Then bombard them with compliments & mint leaves. Ice is added to enhance coldness.
