We start with Stoli Vodka, blackcurrant
liqueur & raspberry purée. Cranberry,
lemon juice, gomme & ice is then
tentatively introduced. Then we must
fling them together violently & garnish
with raspberries.

and topped up with Drygate IPA.

Beginning with SW4 Gin we then
add Cointreau, gomme & lemon
juice. We take three steps back &
two to the side whilst muddling in
fresh raspberries.
MAI TAI

It begins by blending Brugal &
Myers's rum with Cointreau. Then
we furiously shake in three different
directions with fresh lime juice,
orgeat syrup & angostura bitters.
We then add a touch of overproof
rum to put some fire in your belly.

lemon, sugarcane & angostura bitters all
shaken vigorously together before being
gently strained over cubed ice. It is not
finished there as a shot of Shiraz will be
gently floating on the top.
