Selene ~ Etched Silver
Selene highlights expressive line and organic shape. Compositions of this
jewelry line are inspired by the sinuous curves of Art Nouveau. This “New
Art”, which hit its climax in the early 1900s is known for the beautiful jewelry
that was produced by the avant-garde artists of the time. Pieces come both
highly polished, and antiqued, which forms a contrasting black line.
Metalsmithing techniques in this line focus on etching. The process is
similar to the one used by printmakers. Flat sterling silver sheet is
coated with a resist which is removed with a scribing tool. It is then
placed in an acid bath where the design is eaten away. The result is a
surface embedded with a design which is formed into jewelry.
Ophelia ~ Cast Silver
Ophelia captures the brilliance of polished sterling silver. Compositions focus
on simple geometric and organic shapes. Because the rippled flowing pattern is
naturally cast into the metal, complexity is kept to a minimum to better
highlight the fluid strata of the casting technique. High polish creates elegance
and chic refinement for the fashion savvy. High quality craftsmanship creates
pieces that are petite and feminine, with classic modern beauty.
The Ophelia line is formed by casting into cuttlefish. Cuttlefish is a salt-water
invertebrate that can be harvested simply by walking along the beach where
they wash up on the shoreline. These soft bones can then be carved and cast
into. Because this was once a living part of the sea, there is a very unique
surface pattern that is created. These high-polished pieces are reminiscent of the
gentle waves lapping against the beautiful beaches of the Great Lakes.
Brenna ~ Carved Wood
The primary woodworking technique for Brenna is hand carving. With so many
different kinds of woods, and so many different colors and grain patterns, each
piece is designed with special care to show its unique luster. Bold, chunky
designs are formed using simple geometric shapes, accented with curved line.
Then it’s just polish, polish, polish, until the natural beauty of the wood glows.

Arianna ~ Pierced Metal
The Arianna line uses the metalsmithing technique called piercing. The creation
involves each line being cut into the metal using a jeweler’s saw with a very fine
blade, and each piece is formed with the utmost care and precision. Arianna is
formed only in high-quality metals* (Copper, Bronze, Brass, and Nickel Silver)
and pieces are sometimes lacquered with trending fashion colors.

Arianna, like Selene, is inspired by the curved line of Art Nouveau. This line of
jewelry is given a modern edge by incorporating motifs of Abstract Minimalism.
Designs are based on real objects with complex structures which are simplified
down to a few edgy and/or elegant curves and swirls. Designs will be inspired
by the flora and fauna of the natural world, unless a theme is specified. Arianna
can be formed into a countless variety of objects, shapes, and even text.
Rosemary ~ Fashion Scarves
Using the neck as a canvas to highlight the female form, designs are crafted to
spill down from the collar and accentuate fashion and femininity. Fabrics are
specifically chosen by hand for lightweight softness, appealing to this delicate bit
of skin, and represent current fashion trends and colors.
Rosemary is composed of women’s handmade artisan scarves. Following the
latest designer fashion trends, colors, and styles, the Rosemary line features cozy
fabrics with a glamorous edge. Popular designs are implemented using sewing

has lived in France, Scotland, Cyprus, Ireland, England, and Australia before

Wholesale Discounts are available for bulk orders only in

Discounts are taken off the listed item before shipping and
Michigan sales tax of 6% are applied. KaSt Jewelry wholesale
discounts begin at 50% off retail prices.
Shipping is offered worldwide. Please allow 2 weeks for
processing. For orders greater than 50 pieces, please allow 3
weeks. All orders are mailed in cushioned containers by First
Class US Post. A confirmation message will be sent the day of
posting so you can track the status of your order.
Orders shipped within the US will have insurance and
tracking. These can be applied to international orders as well
for a $30 fee. International orders will include short descriptions and purchase price for customs.

or colors. Anything from dragonflies, to bicycles, to text, or
anything else your shop needs more of, can be created and
shipped to your location.
