Chapter 5 Test
Evaluations: Test on Friday, November 7th
For each homework assignment, we will take up the solutions in class. Each day you
will assign yourself a level based on how well you understood the topic.
Level 4: Completely understand; got every question correct.
Level 3: Mostly understand; got almost all questions correct.
Level 2: Have few questions; got a few things right, a few things wrong.
Level1: I still don’t understand this; got only a couple things right.
Level R (Review): I do not get this at all; did not get anything right.
If you are level 1 or 2, you will want to try some more questions for practice before the
test. Please ask the teacher for more questions and record what you did in “Extra
practice”. You may also want to ask for help outside of class or to attend Math Help.
