EPIC has enjoyed years of success as a consumer exposition… but we think it’s time
for a change. Join us as we take EPIC to the ‘next level’, making it a truly signature
event on the summer festival calendar.
Introducing:
EPIC: Sustainable Living Festival @ VanDusen Garden
What’s a Sustainable Living Festival?
For six years, EPIC: Sustainable Living Expo has brought together
hundreds of companies from across different consumer product
categories with thousands of eco-savvy consumers under one roof.
Repositioning EPIC as an outdoor, weekend-long Festival with live
music on the Main Stage, dozens of vendors offering tasters of beer,
wine and spirits, a host of Green Table restaurants and food trucks,
and the all-important sustainable living marketplace, will amp up the
EPIC experience and turn it into a true celebration of sustainability,
culture and community. People will come early and stay late.
Festival: A gala event, usually
staged by a local community,
which centres on and
celebrates some unique aspect
of that community.
Celebration of Food
Beer, Wine & Spirits
Vancouver has one of the most dynamic ‘food
scenes’ in North America. EPIC Festival is a perfect
opportunity to sell and introduce new food products,
showcase local food suppliers or producers, and cook
creative cuisine using up-and-coming chefs and
creators of culinary delights.
BC has seen an explosion of craft breweries in the
past few years, and our province is home to some of
the best wine brands and wineries in the world. Add
craft distilled spirits and you have EPIC Festival’s
“Sip & Savour Garden” - sure to be one of the
biggest attractions of the event.
Marketplace
Main Stage
The Sustainable Living Marketplace will be the
hub of all activity at EPIC Festival. Meet and
greet thousands of visitors and communicate
your company’s commitment to environmental
performance and community engagement.
What’s a festival without music? EPIC Festival will
feature local up-and-coming bands as well as BC-based
headliners who have serious draw. The Main Stage
will also host thought-provoking speakers and special
guests throughout each day.
Green Table Chefs
Building on the Celebration of Food concept, EPIC
Festival will have Green Table member restaurants,
chefs, caterers and mobile operators set up to
prepare, sell and serve signature dishes to happy,
hungry visitors.
“We LOVE exhibiting and participating
in the EPIC show! It has become our
best consumer show. We appreciate
the focus on sustainability and ecoconsciousness. This show gives us
the best opportunity to feature our
organic, vegan and fair trade products.
We will be back again and again.”
