APPROVED V. Officer Reports A. ICC Chairperson Ms. Aboud said hello to everybody. She stated that she met with the Physics president. She also stated that she helped Bio club with their first meeting. Club Rewards are being worked on. It’s really to have good Club reports. B. ICC Secretary Candy Wager stated she resigned and has been orienting Matthew Gray. C. ICC Treasurer Vacant D. AS President Mr. Salehzadeh welcomed everyone back. He also advertised the Text book Loaner program. He also advertised the new Facebook page for ASLPC. Email him if you are interested in the Anthropology Club. E. AS Director of Events Ms. Hrycaj stated that she wants to work on communication. F. Director of Student Life Mrs. Ross welcomed everyone. She stated that club reports should record all events and activities which are very important so clubs will get their funds. G. Student Life Assistant Mrs. Moore welcomed everyone. She stated that you can give her talking points that she can put online. She stated that all forms were on website. She stated the fundraiser forms must be turned in before fundraiser is held. She suggested to hold club meetings in Club Room. She reminded that club training wall February 3 rd and 7 th , 11:30­12:30. Bio, Brazil, Finance and Public Safety must attend to get funds. VI. Guest Speakers: None VII. Public Forum: Photographer from Journalism. VIII. Club Reports Health: Talked about UC Davis Cancer center student Intern. They also announced that they would like to hold a Dance­A­Thon fundraiser if anyone was interested in helping. IBA: Stated that they had a bake sale and Wednesday Feb 8 th . They will be holding a bake sale every two weeks. They are also planning to have a Poker fundraiser night. They also will be having another Stock Exchange Competition. International Students: They worked with students from Chabot and will be helping underprivileged kids if anyone was interested in helping.
APPROVED Business: They are holding a Resume Building Workshop. Goshi: They are holding a seminar Feb 11, March 24 and May 5. Physics: Working 2:30­6 in 1831 strategizing event + Zombie movie night coming up. Old Business A. Club Activation/ Deactivation Proposal Esteban proposed a Latin Club It would be a club that promotes Latin culture. B. Bylaw Review The committee was formed to include Sid, Natasha, Amir, Bill and ICC Chair IX. New Business A. Appointment of Sec/Par Ms. Aboud announced that she is accepting applications for a ICC parliamentarian and secretary. If someone is interested they must email her a letter of intent on the following Friday. B. Club Day Ms. Hryaj recommended a carnival or Community Love theme for Club Day. Ms. Aboud stated that it is not required but highly recommended to participate in Club Day. Poetry recommended a Historical theme

· Motion pass unanimously There was a consensus on if the prize money would go to club funds, and then the amount would total $375.
· Ms. Aboud entertained a motion to approve $375 in prize money
· Public Safety moved
· International seconded Discussion Philosophy stated that they would like to go back to their clubs to decide if their prize money should go to their club funds or a charity of their choice. The ICC agreed that they were not comfortable voting without talking to their clubs.
· IBA moved to withdraw the motion for approving $375 prize money

APPROVED Ms. Aboud entertained a motion to approve Community Love as our theme for Club Daly Discussion Vote in favor with the understanding that it does not mean ICC funds would be donated.

· Motion passed unanimously C. Club Awards/Nominations Ms. Aboud stated that some ideas for Club awards are Most Involved, and Most Improved. The Award Committee would be ICC Chair, Student Life Director and Student Life Assistant. Ms. Aboud stated that each club may nominate one person for an ICC scholarship. 3 people total would be picked for a scholarship. X. Announcements Mrs. Moore announced Bio and Brazil need to turn their forms in and get their training done. Journalism announced that the club price for an add in the newspaper cost 25$. Mrs. Ross announced next ICC is February 10, 2012 at 11:30. Ms. Aboud announced that the club meeting times will be posted in the club room. Ms. Hrycaj announced to make sure to pick a charity and talk to club members to see if your club wants to donate or keep money in their club funds. . XI. Adjournment Ms. Aboud entertained a motion to adjourn the meeting at 12:33 p.m.
